Apex has held a diverse portfilio of multifamily, retail center, and industrial properties in the east coast.  This year, the company acquired a 35K warehouse property in the Tampa area, and currently has a few properties under contract for industrial and outdoor IOS storage.  The company is actively expanding to industrial, retail, and outdoor storage properties in the Florida area.
